Why We Love It

Lech is one of the world’s best-known ski regions. Yet it has kept the charm of a classical winter sports resort. Although Lech keeps pace with the growing demands of its friends, it still knows how to preserve the charm of its original character. Snow is virtually guaranteed at the Arlberg. The resort has an average of seven metres of snowfall every winter and snow canons on 68 percent of slopes. Enjoy all the benefits of the 79 state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars that run between 1,300 and 2,800 metres (many of them equipped with under-seat heating), 280 km of slopes to suit all ability levels, 180 km of powder runs, over 1,000 highly trained winter sports instructors at numerous ski schools, fun parks, race courses, hands- free lift access with the Ski Arlberg Card, and many delightful and cosy meeting places
